Perk loyalty FAQs

How are rewards earned? 

The program is visit based. Each visit is tracked and counted towards earning a reward.  After 10 visit credits a $10 reward will be earned.

1. Visit credit= any purchase $1-$99

2. Visit credits= any purchase $100+

 

What happened to the perks card? 

We are no longer using physical cards to track loyalty.

 

How do I get/ redeem my perks?

All perks will be sent via email to the email associated with the account. They will also be visible on your account after the first login, either online or on the APP

 

First time logging in

Username = email addresses

Hit password reset to send an email. Email will come with link to create a password.

 

How are rewards distributed? 

All rewards are distributed via email and will be pre-loaded onto your profile. Each member can view their rewards in the “My Account” tab of the APP or on our website . This includes any personalized rewards, the birthday meal voucher and any coupons that are sent out to loyalty members.

 

How will I be notified about my birthday meal? 

The birthday reward will be sent out at the beginning of your birth month. The reward will be in an email and automatically loaded onto your profile. You can view your reward at the first of your Birth Month in the “My Account” tab of the APP or on our website.

 

What if I visited and didn’t get a survey?

Surveys are not sent every visit, if you came in and did not receive a survey it doesn’t mean your visit wasn’t accounted for.

 

How are visits tracked? 

If you hit “check in” on the app or online web portal, you will be able to give your server the 4-digit code to attach your account to your purchase.  It can also be added if you give your server your phone number.

Is this a points-based system?

No, our loyalty program is visit based. You will earn a visit credit each time you dine in with us or order online through our app. You will receive personalized perks based on specific items you historically purchase!

How can I check my visits?

Loyalty visits are shown on our waitlist tablet, feel free to ask your host upon check in.

Tips on how to redeem your reward

Instore

When you are dining at a restaurant your reward account can be applied to your check one of two ways

  1. Give the server your phone number
  2. Open the Turning Point App and hit the “Check In” button on the home screen, it will generate a 3 digit code. Give that code to your server
  3. Open the Turning Point APP and go to the sidebar the hit “Locations” find the location you are visiting. Hit that location and hit “Check In” a three digit code will populate. Give that code to your server
  4. Once your account has been applied to the check the available rewards will populate and the reward of your choice can be applied per transaction

(one reward per transaction)

 

Online

Head over to the Perk Account Page and log in with your perks loyalty account credentials

Add any items you’re craving to your cart.

Go to “Rewards Available” section and hit “Apply Reward” to the reward you would like to use

Head back to your cart and checkout the reward discount will apply automatically.

If there is a redeeming balance you can complete payment with a credit card or gift card.

 

Turning Point APP

Open up our Turning Point APP and login

Select the “Order Now” button from the home screen.

Add any items you’re craving to your cart.

Hit “Review Basket” then “Apply Reward” to the reward you would like to use
